Eric J Barberio CMA, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Barberio is a partner and holds the Executive Practice Director title with MSI Consulting’s (Management Consulting Division) a Ft. Lauderdale consulting firm. Before MSI, he was CFO and Director of Finance with Kemper’s largest division (now part of Aetna Insurance) for over seven years. Aetna specializes in, and is one of the largest, Healthcare Cost Containment companies in the country, as well as one of the largest insurance underwriters. Mr. Barberio also served as the Executive Project Manager with OCWEN Financial Corporation, a large banking and technology company. Mr. Barberio was integral with Ocwen’s entry into the Internet market with RealTrans web-based real estate technology products and services. Mr. Barberio holds a BBA in Finance and International Economics from FIU and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Mr. Barberio was also Founder and CEO of Heuristics Corporation. Heuristics, which later became part of SoftResouces (a software selection consulting firm in Seattle, Washington), which specialized in online software selection for multi-million dollar software applications. Mr. Barberio has also written several articles on Project Management, Management Theories and Technology and currently speaks at Universities and Corporations on these topics. Most recently, Mr. Barberio completed the acquisition of KissThisGuy.com through the newly created HumorBox Entertainment Corp.

Todd Kimpton CPA, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Kimpton has joined the HumorBox team as a minority investor and as CFO. His experience in financial management in the technology, banking and automotive industries spans over 15 years. With a major automotive distributor, he was the Finance Director for the shared service subsidiary, which included the technology division. At Ocwen Financial Corp, he was part of the original management team that successfully integrated the acquisition of a large web-based company during the early years of growth in the internet marketplace. Mr. Kimpton holds a C.P.A. designation and a B.S. from the University of Buffalo.

Scot Hacker, Director Information Technology

Mr. Hacker is the top web developer and director of web-based Information Technology at Berkley Universities School of Journalism and is the original founder of KissThisGuy.com. As the primary developer, he was responsible for designing, creating and launching the original website. Mr. Hacker is also the founder and CEO of Birdhouse.org. which hosts and provides maintenance services to small-to medium-sized websites. He holds a masters degree in Information Technology.

Dr. Frank Barberio - One of the most successful dentists and dental surgeons in Virginia turned investor. He holds stakes and provides support for companies ranging from professional services to real estate and restaurants.
